Cameron was amazing. He informed me of the problem immediately, and did his best with expressing to Ford the latch should have been at least partially covered, as it had previous problems before the warranty ended, yet Ford denied! But I was still apprecitive of his efforts. Great work by the employee (Cameron), terrible Customer support by Ford themselves.

Great service from Chris!! He was not only helpful, but very friendly and my car was done faster than I expected. This service department has a very friendly staff and I noticed that everyone works hard. No one was goofing off or standing around chatting.. their waiting room was cozy with a small work station including desks with plenty of power outlets available. They had a popcorn machine, coffee machine with Starbucks and a fridge stocked with plenty of water bottles. The service store also had plenty of snack and drink options for purchase if needed. Would recommend this location.

Oh my, I’m on the 15 and my car starts acting like it has the e-cups, check engine light light go on. I’m have a small brake down because I have 3 dogs in the car. Great team in sales,not so great in service.
Ken was great,but the men working service outside were rude, they wouldn't even talk to me regarding my oil change. I got there at 6:45
for my oil and they never told me I was in the wrong lane. But the mustang behind me they
told him to move over.. I was the first one there, if it wasn't for Ken I still be waiting.

CARLOS LOPEZ is really amazing when it comes to customer service! Even during the lunch break today, he took the time to reassemble our key fob. Several had tried but he had the patience, the skill and the ingenuity to complete the repair. His generosity and kindness rescued us from having to pay the HUGE replacement cost. We’ll surely be back to Gosch for their outstanding customer service!

Connie followed up with me a few days later to see how things were going with the new car and asked if I had any questions. I have only ever purchased cars from Gosch and will continue to do so. Service department was an absolute train wreck. Lines of cars so long the cars were into the street. Disorganized xxxx show. NEVER saw my service adviser despite making my appointment a week ago. The porter ended up giving me my paperwork and pointing me in the general direction to wait. Arrived 15 minutes early didn't have someone take my car until 30 minutes after my appointment. Have ZERO idea how they are rated "#1 in service ".
