Chris always goes above and beyond, unfortunately when he was not there, a previous tech did not include my third recall that was supposed to be taken care of a couple weeks ago. Chris immediately apologized set up a new appointment for the recall and help me get four brand new tires for my Raptor. He also provided me a courtesy vehicle instead of having to Uber. He is continually up to speed on everything coming out for Ford and does an excellent job communicating I will not work with anybody else besides Chris.
